Can I run Quizstorm® on my existing Windows PC?

Quizstorm® doesn’t require huge resources, and there are recommendations on this page.

Is Quizstorm® easy to install?

Yes, Quizstorm® is very easy to install.

When you subscribe, you will be sent a link to download the installation program. Just run the installer and follow the instructions. We also have some really helpful tutorials. 

Can I use my existing router?

If your existing router meets the specification detailed on this page then you will be able to utilise it for Quizstorm®

It is recommended that you use a separate dedicated router for your show and it is worth noting that no Internet connectivity is necessary.

Is the Quizstorm® Keypad app compatible with all smart devices?

The Quizstorm® Keypad is available on Android and iOS and has been tested on a wide variety of devices. If you can download it, then you are good to go!

How many players does Quizstorm® support?

The Quizstorm® Server is capable of handling extremely large numbers of users. Typically a standard router as shown on this page will easily handle over 200 users out of the box.

For larger numbers, you may need a more advanced router. Please contact support@quizstorm.app for advice. 

Can I move my Quizstorm® library to a different drive?

Yes, you can move your library from the default location.
